Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.7 feet, Water affects the Camelot Campground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 15.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening. - Flood stage is 14.5 feet.
