Black Hawk Creek at Hudson affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Black Hawk Creek at Hudson, or from the Black Hawk-Grundy County line to the Cedar River in Waterloo. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Iowa 58 as well as Fletcher Ave and Ridgeway Ave at US 63 in Waterloo. Water also affects Watters Rd. Some residential evacuations may be needed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 8.1 feet Sunday, July 12. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
