* WHEN...From Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land, some
county roads, and farm houses.

- At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow evening to a crest of 16.3 feet early Tuesday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
