* WHEN...From Tuesday morning to tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land, some
county roads, and farm houses.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 13.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.1 feet tomorrow morning. It
will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
