Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning to early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 14.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Wednesday morning to a crest of 16.2 feet Thursday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
