Iowa River at Marengo affecting Iowa and Benton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 15.6 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
