East Riverside Drive at Brantingham Streets are closed. Sandbag efforts begin along Gilbert Street. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:00 AM CDT Friday was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.8 feet this morning.
