* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Cedar River at Charles City.
* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Residences south of Riverside Drive may be
flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 17.2 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 7:45 PM CDT Friday was 17.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
Saturday morning and continue falling to 3.9 feet by Friday, July
17.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
