The Fletcher Ave levee gates are closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
