* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southern Iowa, including the following counties: Appanoose, Decatur, Monroe, Ringgold, Wayne, Davis, Wapello, Iowa, and Taylor. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rainfall amounts of 2 inches with locally higher amounts up to 4 inches possible. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has already fallen across the watch area.
