Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Johnson, Cedar and Muscatine
Counties.
Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
Counties.
* WHAT...Flooding is possible.
* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Bluff.
* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon to Thursday, July 09.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to affect access to the
Sutliff Recreation Bridge. The lowest sections of West Rochester
Ave north of West Rochester Road are also affected by water,
limiting access to residents in the Rainbow Valley Subdivision.

- At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet.
- Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Tuesday afternoon
based on the latest forecast information.
