* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Much of northern and into central Iowa, including the following counties: Grundy, Hamilton, Hardin and Webster, Butler, Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Hancock, Humboldt, Kossuth, Winnebago, Worth, Wright, Black Hawk and Bremer. In northwest Iowa, Emmet, Palo Alto, Pocahontas, Calhoun and Sac. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of around 1-3 inches, with isolated higher amounts possible in localized areas.
