* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Iowa, including the following counties, in central Iowa, Boone, Dallas, Jasper, Polk and Poweshiek. In west central Iowa, Audubon, Carroll, Crawford, Greene and Guthrie. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - - Rainfall amounts of around 1-3 inches, with isolated higher amounts possible in localized areas.
