Cedar River at Waterloo affecting Black Hawk county. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...The Cedar River at Janesville, or from Quarter Section Run west of Denver to the West Fork Cedar River. * WHEN...From Saturday morning to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Widespread lowland flooding occurs especially within the city park. The flooding covers approximately 6000 acres. At 13.0 feet, Water affects W 3rd St and may result in evacuation of a trailer court in Janesville. Water also affects much of the Janesville city park as well as nearby gravel roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 3.7 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached late Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
