Description:
At 155 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Delmar, or near
Maquoketa, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Maquoketa, DeWitt, Delmar, Charlotte, Welton, Hurstville, Lyons,
Maquoketa Municipal Airport, Jackson County Fairgrounds, Buckhorn,
Elwood, and Clinton County Fairgrounds.
Instruction:

sturdy building.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
