Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rainfall may occur this afternoon and evening in portions of northeast Iowa and southwest Wisconsin, areas that saw 2 to 6 inches of rain over the last 48 hours, which could quickly result in renewed flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
