Greeley County in west central Kansas... * Until 815 PM MDT/915 PM CDT/. * At 735 PM MDT/835 PM CDT/, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 11 miles northeast of Leoti to 3 miles east of Tribune to 5 miles northeast of Towner, moving south at 35 mph. HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This impacts highways 27, 40 and 25. Locations impacted include... Leoti, Tribune, Horace, Lydia, Selkirk, and Marienthal.
