* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected, including along the Paradise Creek and its tributaries. * WHERE...A portion of central Kansas, including the following county, Russell. * WHEN...Until 845 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 846 AM CDT, Very heavy rainfall Saturday night caused the Paradise Creek and its tributaries to exceed flood stage. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Lucas, Luray, Paradise, Waldo, and locations along the Paradise Creek and its tributaries.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
