Description: 
Rainfall accumulations Saturday night totaled up to and estimated 7.5 inches in the warned area. * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Kansas, including the following counties, Decatur and Rawlins. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11 AM CDT, local law enforcement ongoing flooding in low laying areas across the warned area. Between 3 and 7.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional storms are expected to move through the area this afternoon and evening. Additional rainfall totals look to remain under 1.5 inch es in the Warned area - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oberlin, Atwood, McDonald, Ludell, Blakeman, Beardsley and Leoville.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
