Slate Creek At Wellington affecting Cowley and Sumner Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Slate Creek at Wellington. * WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Expect extensive cropland and field flooding along the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.4 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight and approaching near its average stage on Wednesday. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
