Arkansas River at Oxford affecting Sumner County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River at Oxford. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lying agricultural fields flood north of the river gage site. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 15.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.0 feet tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
