Fall River at Fredonia affecting Wilson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fall River at Fredonia. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Flood waters backup into residential yards located 1 mile south of Fredonia near the gage site off of Highway 96. Expect bank overflows on both banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 6.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 18.2 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.
