Minor low land flooding can be expected along the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0 feet just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.
