* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Kansas, including the following counties, in southwest Kansas, Finney and Hodgeman. In west central Kansas, Lane, Ness and Scott. * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1246 PM CDT, Emergency management in Lane county reported all roads and bridges south of highway 96 and north of highway 96 in Dighton have inundated impassible roads. 1 farm stead has cut off road access and a washed out railroad bridge west of Dighton. - Radar rainfall estimates of 2 to 3+ inches of rain from the storms this morning from Scott City to Dighton to northeast Finney county. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
