Arkansas River near Mulvane affecting Sumner and Sedgwick Counties. Arkansas River at Oxford affecting Sumner County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River near Mulvane. * WHEN...From Friday morning to tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Lowland flooding occurs along the vicinity of the river, primarily affecting the farmland northwest of the Highway 53 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.5 feet tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 16.5 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
