* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kansas, including the following county, Reno. * WHEN...Until 715 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 259 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but little additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hutchinson, South Hutchinson, Nickerson, Pretty Prairie, Arlington, Turon, Partridge, Sylvia, Plevna, Abbyville, Yoder, Willowbrook, Langdon, Cheney Lake and Cheney State Park.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
