Arkansas River at Oxford affecting Sumner County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River at Oxford. * WHEN...From this morning to late Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Flood waters cover Wea Street leading east into the low lying areas of the flood plain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 21.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
