Slate Creek At Wellington affecting Cowley and Sumner Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Slate Creek at Wellington. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Expect extensive cropland and field flooding along the creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 22.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 4.7 feet early Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.
