Neosho River near Erie affecting Neosho County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 25.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Monday morning and continue falling to 10.4 feet early Thursday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
