Arkansas River at Arkansas City affecting Cowley County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Arkansas River at Oxford. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Low lying agricultural fields flood north of the river gage site. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.9 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to around 10 feet late Wednesday. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades.
