Ninnescah River near Peck affecting Sedgwick and Sumner Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Kansas... Ninnescah South Fork near Murdock affecting Kingman County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ninnescah River near Peck. * WHEN...Until tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water flows over 103rd Street about 2 miles west of Clearwater. Flooding is about 2 feet deep in that area. South of Clearwater the river expands to about 1/2 mile on the south bank. Expect many county roads near the river to be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 18.1 feet and falling. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 5.4 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
