Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Parsons. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 11.1 feet early Friday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
