Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Neosho River at Oswego. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 19.5 feet, Xavier Road leading north from the river gage begins to see water near the road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this afternoon and continue falling to 8.5 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.
