* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Kansas, including the following counties, Grant and Stanton. * WHEN...Until 145 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 947 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooded roadways in Southeast Stanton County due to earlier thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
