In southeast Kansas, Chautauqua, Elk, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho and Wilson. * WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional round of showers and storms producing heavy rainfall will be possible this evening into tonight, causing additional flooding.
