In south central Kansas, Barber, Comanche, Edwards, Kiowa, Pawnee, Pratt and Stafford. In southwest Kansas, Clark, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Meade, Morton, Seward, Stanton and Stevens.
