* At 855 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Wakeeney to near Arnold to near Amy to near
Modoc, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Grigston, and Amy around 900 PM CDT.
Shallow Water and Beeler around 905 PM CDT.
Ness City around 910 PM CDT.

Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
If on or near Scott State Lake, get away from the water and move
indoors or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to
15 miles from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you
are close enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter
now! Do not be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
