* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following county, Laurel. * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 740 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain has exited the area; however, excessive runoff from previous heavy rainfall will continue to cause some minor flooding in low lying areas through 8:15 AM. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... London, Maplesville, Sublimity City, Levi Jackson S.P., London-Corbin Airport, Fariston, Atlanta, Mcwhorter, Greenmount and Lily.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
