Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the following counties, Bath, Fleming and Rowan. * WHEN...Until 530 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 434 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had exited the area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen in the hardest hit locations between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Excessive runoff will continue to cause minor flooding of roads and roadside culverts through 5 PM. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Plummers Landing, Sharkey, Ringos Mills, Waltz, Grange City, Triplett and Wyoming.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
