Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Kentucky, including the following
counties, Henry, Oldham and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain
has fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
La Grange, Crestwood, Eminence, Orchard Grass Hills, Pewee
Valley, Smithfield, Ballardsville, Liro, Centerfield and
Todds Point.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
