* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following county, Pulaski. * WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 321 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Somerset, Science Hill, Burnside, Dabney, Somerset Pulaski Airport, Hogue, Bobtown, Elihu, Ruth, Pulaski County Park, Woodstock, Nancy, Bronston, General Burnside S.P., Bandy, Bee Lick, Pulaski, Trimble, Ferguson and Eubank.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
