* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following counties, in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell and Kenton and the following county, in southwest Ohio, Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 745 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 545 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding lingering in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Reading, North College Hill, Madeira, Edgewood, Wyoming, Cheviot, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills, Highland Heights, Milford, Taylor Mill, Bellevue and Deer Park.
