Description:
At 449 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Brooksville,
moving east at 55 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR BRACKEN, ROBERTSON, AND MASON
COUNTIES.
HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.
Locations impacted include...
Maysville, Georgetown, Washington, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen,
Augusta, Lewisburg, Brooksville, Decatur, Russellville, Mount Olivet,
Dover, Higginsport, Germantown, Sardis, Murphysville, Burika,
Alhambra, and Bradysville.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM EDT for northern and
northeastern Kentucky...and south central and southwestern Ohio.

building.
