Description:
The Flood Watch will expire for portions of northeast Kentucky,
including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence,
southeast Ohio, including the following county, Lawrence OH, and West
Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Cabell, Kanawha,
Lincoln, Logan, Mingo, Putnam and Wayne.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will
expire at 8 PM EDT this evening.
