Description:
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values around
105 degrees Saturday. Additionally, low temperatures mainly in the
70s will provide only limited relief tonight.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Kentucky.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Heat-related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
