Description: 
At 112 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rainfall had exited the area; however, some additional scattered showers and thunderstorms may move back into the area in the next 30 minutes. Excessive runoff will continue to cause flash flooding in low lying areas. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Jackson, Beattyville, Booneville, Fincastle, Monica, Tallega, Primrose, St. Helens, Canyon Falls, Airedale, Lone, Athol, Vada, Grass, Williba, Maloney, Fillmore, Enoch, Stay and Lower Buffalo.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
