Northwestern Jackson County in southeastern Kentucky...
* Until 230 PM EDT.
* At 1224 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding along
Highway 25 in Conway. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Johnetta, Clover Bottom, Bummer, Eglon, Rockford, Cooksburg,
