Northern Rockcastle County in south central Kentucky...
Northwestern Jackson County in southeastern Kentucky...
* Until 530 PM EDT.
* At 427 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported continued flooding
in Conway. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding
impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected in
the near time. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Boone, Threelinks, Climax, Goochland, Morrill, Disputanta,
Johnetta, Clover Bottom, Bummer, Eglon, Rockford, Cooksburg,
Shirley, Robinet, Loam, Kerby Knob, Wildie, Sandgap, Roundstone
and Collingsworth.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
