Southwestern Wayne County in south central Kentucky... * Until 1000 AM EDT. * At 635 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving repeatedly across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since 3 AM. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected in the warned area between 6 and 8 AM.
