Southern McCreary County in south central Kentucky...
Southwestern Wayne County in south central Kentucky...
* Until 1000 AM EDT.
* At 635 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain moving repeatedly across the warned area. Between 1 and
2 inches of rain have fallen since 3 AM. Additional rainfall
amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected in the warned area between 6
and 8 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
