Description:
At 728 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain moving repeatedly across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3.0
inches of rain have fallen since 4 AM. Additional rainfall amounts
of 1 to 2 inches are expected in the warned area between 7:30 and 9
AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Blue Heron, Burfield, Mount Pisgah, Stearns, Pine Knot, Strunk,
Slickford, Hidalgo, Powersburg, Sunnybrook and Hollyhill.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
